POLITICA DI RESO E ANNULLAMENTO
Puoi creare una richiesta di reso dalla sezione "I miei ordini". Per gli acquisti senza abbonamento, puoi avviare la procedura seguendo la procedura di reso senza creare una richiesta di reso. L'elaborazione del reso dipende dalle seguenti condizioni.
TERMINI DI RESO
Gli ordini possono essere annullati prima della spedizione.
Non è possibile annullare gli ordini già spediti, ma è possibile applicare la procedura di reso.
L'ordine da restituire non deve essere trascorso più di 14 giorni dalla data di consegna.
Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente.
Il prodotto da restituire non deve essere stato utilizzato e non deve aver perso la sua rivendibilità, e la confezione, l'etichetta o la scatola del prodotto non devono essere in alcun modo danneggiate.
Il reso verrà elaborato a condizione che la fattura elettronica del prodotto sia stampata e che il campo "Sezione Resi" in basso sia compilato e firmato. Le richieste di reso che non rispettano queste condizioni saranno respinte ai sensi del Contratto di Vendita a Distanza e del Comunicato Generale della Legge sulla Procedura Fiscale.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding the shoe cleaning products ordered by the Buyer from the www.monkeyplayground.com.tr address of the Seller in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Products are shipped within 3 working days at the latest after the order is confirmed.

For orders of 499 TL and above, shipping is free.

The delivery time of the products may vary depending on the cargo company.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
