RETURN and CANCELLATION POLICY
You can create a return request from My Orders section. For purchases without membership, you can start the process by following the return steps without creating a return request. The processing of your return depends on the following conditions.
RETURN TERMS

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Cancellation is not possible for orders that have been shipped, but the return process can be applied.

The order to be returned must not have passed 14 days from the delivery date.

The return shipping fee belongs to the customer.

The product to be returned must not have been used and has not lost its resalability, and the packaging, label or box of the product must not be damaged in any way.

Your return will be processed provided that the e-archive invoice of your product is printed out and the ‘Return Section’ field at the bottom is filled and signed. Return requests that do not comply with these conditions will be rejected within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement and the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law.

Exchanges can only be made in the form of a product return and subsequent repurchase.
Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract"); It has been carried out electronically between the seller ("Seller") whose information is given below and the buyer ("Buyer") whose information is given below.

The name, address and contact information declared by the customer during the order is taken as basis.
ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding the shoe cleaning products ordered by the Buyer from the www.monkeyplayground.com.tr address of the Seller in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, sales price and payment information of the ordered products are specified during the order.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Products are shipped within 3 working days at the latest after the order is confirmed.

For orders of 499 TL and above, shipping is free.

The delivery time of the products may vary depending on the cargo company.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receipt.

Return costs belong to the customer.

Products must be unused, unopened and in resalable condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personal hygiene products, used or opened cleaning products.
ARTICLE 6 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The consumer may resolve his/her complaints before the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
